These institutions which have a long history under many different names over the years are a complete waste of taxpayer dollars. I personally believe, but don't know for a fact; that many corporations operating under section 501(c)(3) of the revenue code are raking in the money and providing very little in the way of services. I hope that some will contact me and put me in touch with the right people to start looking into this one. It could prove to be a real scandal that is hiding under the rocks. Send me a message through Facebook. We are only a small group now but plan to grow and make a difference in and from Southwestern VA. We are located in Smyth County Virginia and are welcoming members from all around the 9th Congressional district.
