I saw the complete statistic several years ago when the stigma of "profiling" was used as an excuse to NOT investigate individuals of interest. You won't see one black, hispanic, oriental or arab male and apparently, women don't drive drunk. But I digress. Mr. Lloyd also failed to tell you that George Allen was not on the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee of the 109th Congress. As a result Mr. Allen did not have the ability to vote on this bill while it was in committee thus he did not have the ability to affect the SB190's outcome. I also would assume that a Conservative may find some things in SB190 that they may have trouble supporting.
