This Oval Office Apollyon is on record stating that the Constitution is a “flawed document”. Since in office he has done everything he can to empower the Executive Branch and corrupt the unrepresentative Legislative Branch. He succeeded with Obamacare, an attempt to legalize the theft of our individual freedoms and is attempting now to threaten the Judicial Branch. Let the People and the Tea Party use every available (currently) legal method to inform the Judiciary that we are not asleep – we recognize that the incumbent president is not qualified to hold a position of trust to protect the Constitution he swore to uphold. He is bent on disemboweling it. Defeat him and his Marxist cronies in November at the ballot box and remove this cancer from our capitol lest we lose any rights we have remaining.

Wrong. There is nothing illogical about it. The Scotus – Congress – and Executive branches are all EQUAL branches of government and the destroyer known as Obama knows this. He just doesn’t like it and as a result is trying to pressure them. The Scotus as well as congress and the executive are ALL subservient to the people. WE THE PEOPLE are just exercising our rights to “petition the government for redress of grievances”

The SCOTUS is supposed to follow the Constitution, not listen to Presidents or petitions. Right? Aren’t conservatives upset because Obama is trying to pressure SCOTUS? Why would the Tea Party try to do the same? Illogical. Perhaps this Tea Party organization should recognize their own extra-constitutional behavior and stop it. It makes them look like fools, along with anyone who signs it.

Regardless of the individual mandate, how can such an onerous and deceptive piece of legislation stand? How can nearly 3000 pages of tyrannical tricks unread by our “representatives” be considered valid and legal? This does not approach the standard “by consent of the governed”. This entire monstrosity is designed to engineer the destruction of business & individual insurance agreements, permitting the government to take it over unimpeded. This is an unspeakable evil. Deceivers, accusers, destroyers of all that is good, proper and trustworthy in this country. God save us!
